We handle everything from a single additional socket through to full rewires, lighting and power upgrades, and EV charging installations for homes and businesses.

For anything beyond a straightforward repair we visit the property, inspect the existing installation and check what is already there. That is what lets us give you an accurate price rather than an optimistic one.
You receive a written quotation setting out the scope and the cost. If something unexpected turns up mid-job, which older properties often throw up, we stop, explain it and agree the way forward with you.
Floors and furniture are protected, dust is kept under control and the site is left tidy each evening. In commercial premises we will work around your trading hours wherever it is practical to do so.
Every installation is fully inspected and tested before it is handed over to you, and you receive the appropriate certification confirming the work complies with BS 7671 and is safe to put into service.
All of our work is carried out in accordance with BS 7671, the IET Wiring Regulations — the national standard for electrical installations in the United Kingdom. These regulations are regularly updated to reflect developments in technology, changes in installation methods and improvements in electrical safety.

Depending on the work carried out, you will receive one of the following documents:
For new installations and for additions or alterations that involve a new circuit. It confirms that the work has been designed, constructed, inspected and tested to BS 7671 and is safe to put into service.
For alterations and additions to an existing circuit that do not involve a new circuit, such as adding a socket or moving a light fitting.
A formal inspection of an existing installation, recording its condition and identifying any damage, deterioration, defects or non-compliance.
Where work is notifiable under Part P of the Building Regulations, we notify it on your behalf through our competent person scheme, and you receive the corresponding compliance certificate.
Concealed work is difficult to inspect once it is finished, so we can photograph the installation as it progresses. On request, we will record:
